Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription?
Yes. The tracker sends its location over the mobile network, which has a cost. The subscription covers that connection, the app and support. You choose 6 months or a year.
How does installation work?
A technician comes to your home or workplace. The tracker is wired in and hidden inside the vehicle, then we check with you that it shows up in the app.
Will the tracker drain my car battery?
No. It uses very little power, even when the car stays parked for several days.
What if a thief unplugs the tracker?
You get a “power cut” alert straight away, with the vehicle’s last known location.
Does it work everywhere in Tunisia?
The tracker works wherever there is mobile network. In an underground car park, it resumes sending as soon as the network is back.
Which devices can I follow my vehicle on?
